Web Developer & Data Analyst

Mombasa, Kenya

I work at the intersection of technology, data, and community development. I build websites and digital solutions, work with data, and use technology to solve practical problems.

My recent professional work has focused on website development, maintenance, and digital solutions including current work with Green Advocates and support for Leta Franchise Limited and Haaafla.com. I also bring a strong data analytics background from internship, volunteer, and programme work.

Previously I contributed as Technical Lead and data analytics lead supporting Pure Pearl Foundation and related organizations, building websites with Next.js, leading volunteer data teams, and designing monitoring and evaluation frameworks. I have also developed and maintained sites for Salu Solutions Limited and AbdiWahid Associates.

At Swahilipot Hub Foundation I served as a volunteer data analyst and data administrator. I helped establish a data culture, coordinated DataCamp learning programmes, supervised interns and attachment students, analyzed 495+ applications supporting selection of about 180 participants, and facilitated digital literacy and data sessions. I also supported QR-based check-in workflows and trained learners in Excel and Power BI.

I graduated in 2025 from the Technical University of Mombasa with a Bachelor of Business Information Technology (BBIT). I continue to learn, mentor, and contribute to technology communities including Django Girls Mombasa, PyCon Kenya, PyCon Africa, and related African tech spaces.

I care about practical delivery, continuous learning, and making technology more accessible. Whether building a website, analyzing programme data, or supporting learners, I aim for work that is thoughtful, credible, and useful.
